A few details make a problem far quicker to track down:
Whether you signed in with Google or Apple, and the email address
you used if you know it. If you used Sign in with Apple and chose
“Hide My Email”, you may not know it — say so, and
mention Apple, which is enough to find your account.
Your app version — Settings → About shows it.
Your device and OS version — for example
“iPhone 14, iOS 18.2”.
What you did and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more
than a description.
Common questions
Deleting your account: Settings → Account → Delete
account. This is permanent and immediately removes your account and all
goals, tasks, and history. There is no undo and no recovery window.
Reminders: turn the daily check-ins on or off, and set their
times, in Settings. They’re scheduled on your device, so they work
without a connection.
Signing in: Tend uses your Google or Apple account. There is no
Tend password, so there is nothing to reset — if you can’t
get in, the problem is with that provider, not with Tend.
Working offline: completing and deferring tasks works without a
connection and syncs when you’re back. Creating goals and tasks
needs a connection, because Tend classifies them as you add them.
